SUMMARY
Breck is seeking an energetic candidate with experience in Human Resources and Human Capital strategic solutions for Employee Relations/Engagement within the DMV area. This is a potential position that will be full-time and responsible for maintenance of employee engagement programs in support of a Federal Agency. This position will evaluate, monitor, and report information and data to leadership and client stakeholders.

REQUIRED
- Strong business and management analyst to help manage, coordinate, and improve employee engagement programs
- Professional experience in supporting/running employee-focused programs
- Experience with strategic planning, organizational structure, and assessing programs and processes for enhancements and improvements
- Professional experience in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal
- Experience working directly with various levels of leadership
- Experience working as a liaison and doing programmatic work, as well as systems of record maintenance
- Skilled with MS Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft suite products such as PowerPoint or KeyNote
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build quick, strong relationshipswith business leaders, the community, and the target audience of employees, clients, or others
- Strong interpersonal communicator through in-person, verbal, and written communication
- Able to receive and follow through on feedback and direction
- Goal-driven, accountable, and able to work within deadlines
- Resourceful multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, excellent with time and task-management
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytic skills
- Strong work ethic, able to prioritize under deadline pressure
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Management, or another related field
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- This position has been approved for remote work but may require commuting onsite at client request.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support human capital solutioning and enhancements
- Provide high-level, strategic overview of organization including developing human capital enhancements to support goals, mission, and vision
- Provide analysis and research to make recommendations to improve overall effectiveness of human capital programs
- Provide creative input and ideas for developing career ladder and path programs, initiatives, and plans
- Develop and maintain support that ensures staff emphasis on goals and strategies
- Provide strategic input into staffing process, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Research all related HR issues for resolution/recommendation
